Staffus brings qualified professionals and employers together worldwide, through targeted recruitment, professional education and sustainable integration.
As experts for the mediation of third-country professionals, we make it our mission, that all participants are reliably and extensively informed at all times, throughout the entire process – from the moment of recruitment and mediation, to their occupational training and integration.
Reliability, fairness and transparency are the values, that equally influence our daily actions, such as our trustful and appreciative cooperation with our nursing staff, our clients, as well as our coworkers. This is and will remain our permanent ambition.

Our commitment
I. Staffus commits to a fair and ethically acceptable/justifiable recruitment and mediation practice. II. Staffus commits to aligning their company practice to the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.III. We commit to the “Employer pays”- principle of the Institute for Human Rights and Business. In this way, we ensure that no mediation costs for health personnel are raised and that all costs involved for our services are covered by the employer.IV. We refer to the following international conventions and guidelines, whose objective is to protect the rights and legal position of nursing staff with regards to international mediation.
