Staffus Recruitment policy

Staffus brings qualified professionals and employers together worldwide, through targeted recruitment, professional education and sustainable integration.

As experts for the mediation of third-country professionals, we make it our mission, that all participants are reliably and extensively informed at all times, throughout the entire process – from the moment of recruitment and mediation, to their occupational training and integration.

Reliability, fairness and transparency are the values, that equally influence our daily actions, such as our trustful and appreciative cooperation with our nursing staff, our clients, as well as our coworkers. This is and will remain our permanent ambition.

Reliability yields security ∙Transparency creates trust∙ Fairness preserves humanity
