Step 1: Find a new job

We find professionals from all around the globe, for whom nursing is not just any job. We guide them individually, in 5 steps, to their new job and accompany them until they are successfully integrated into Germany.

Step 2: Administration

We are familiarized with the hurdles of bureaucracy and know how to successfully overcome them. We take care of all formalities, from the recognition of professional qualifications up to the opening of a bank account.

Step 3: Language

Knowledge of the local language is crucial for the quality of nursing and an essential prerequisite for the successful integration in the host country. We fulfil this prerequisite in our language schools.

Step 4: Recognition

The recognition of a foreign professional qualification in the host country often requires an examination. We prepare our specialists specifically for this examination and assist them with the formalities.

Step 5: Onboarding & integration

The work begins. We are far from over. During another 12 months, we provide our specialists with advice and support and native speakers help them integrate into the new workplace and place of residence.
